Still waiting for 4x boxes of tile. Only one had arrived.

I purchased two samples of mosaic tiles. They came packaged very well & protected from breaking. They are beautiful tiles. They arrived pretty quickly. For this I would give you a 4 or 5 Star. However, one tile sample I ordered was very different in color, and I sent a message for someone from Hominter to call me to discuss the difference, as I paid $9.95 for the sample, and if I wanted to order it, I don't know what I would receive. I have not heard back at all. It is not easy to get in touch with you. There is no customer service number. For this reason I gave a 3 Star. Perhaps you can still get in touch with me.

I have NOT received the deco sample ordered last week. Until this is received I am at a stale mate on paint and tile. Hoping to see the sample this week

Missing some of my order

My order was fulfilled very quickly and correctly, which was great. However, a significant portion of the sheets of tile were slightly damaged (i.e., edges of glass tiles had been chipped by abutting natural stone in the mosaic). I elected to move those tiles to out-of-sight locations rather than inquire about replacements. I did inquired about installation requirements for my tile but never received a response.

I thought time to deliver seemed too long. However, it was around holiday season so it was somewhat understandable. I suspect it came directly from China. The company from viewing on the internet appeared to an impressive fabricator in China of tiles. I like the product and was a mosaic black and cream tile. It was the only one of its kind, style and stone I could find worldwide. In spite of the delay I would recommend.

Seems to have a good selection. Only half of my order was shipped and delivered. It took a couple of days for them to figure out the tracking number for the other half. They didnt ship that until the day I brought up the problem. I would buy from them again for exotic tile that you cant find locally but you will want to give them a couple of weeks to ship ALL of your product to you. The half that I have received was packaged very well and nothing came broken.

Mdse arrived but late considering I ordered same stuff from another vendor to see how they were. Other company arrived 3 days earlier
