Dr. Kindel was very easy to talk to and laid back. I felt very comfortable and confident in his diagnosis.

The doctor was very nice and helpful, unfortunately the hidden membership fees were not, it is now my mission to expose this to any and all women I know. We are sick if being mistreated when trying to live a normal healthy life. Update: they said they cant locate me, I have spoken to them on my account, I can understand a fee, its the not being up front about it and now acting like they dont know what I'm referring to, this is the issue, the dishonest behavior.

Hone is your standard company that is in it to make money first. Prices are absurd for the little they do. Doctor consultation was very rushed. The doctor seemed uninterested in any of my lab numbers that were clearly bad. The treatment plan Hone put me on was snake oil. It did absolutely nothing for me. The cancellation process is like pulling teeth.

The Dr and staff are great. Waiting for a Dr visit takes forever and getting medication. Don’t even mention it. It takes at least three weeks in order to receive medication. When it’s time to refill there, sometimes in back order and change medications without telling you and then you have to start the whole process all over again for an additional three weeks. In the meantime, you’re left with no medicine. They truly don’t care. If you don’t speak to a Life person you speak strictly to the computer. I can’t wait to have insurance and eliminate them since I’ve been dealing with them for quite some time. I guess. Some medication is better than no medication but truly my experience has been absolutely horrible.
