Absolutely LOVE using the Honest raw Sea moss to make into a gel to add to smoothies, chia pudding, or even blend into water post-workout! This has been not only a fantastic addition to my health routine, but pretty inexpensive too. It has helped so much with my skin and digestion. I also feel like I get sick less because it boosts my immune system. Highly recommended!
