First of all the product is amazing. I love it. I also liked that it arrived quickly. I am hooked.

If I could give a negative 10, I would. I have been requesting a refund from this company since November 2025. Each time I write to them I get some lame reply from what I believe is AI generated telling me they understand my frustration and will issue a refund right away. Still nothing. I never received the product and now haven't gotten my refund either on order #62232. I wish a competent actual person would do something to rectify this and issue a refund once and for all. Your company and your customer service are horrible. I will be sure to let everyone know, on every avenue I can find, to tell people not to buy from you. Would love to leave a review but have been waiting since last May to receive my lipsticks. Numerous e-mails have been sent. Each reply says you will look into it and get back to me. You never do! They originally were supposedly sent but for some reason were returned before reaching me. Very disappointing! You took my money but no product ever came my way!

I love your product & packaging. I gifted both dark & pink honey lipsticks to my granddaughters. Waiting to hear them rave about your product.
