Came with an dust bag and very well made!! On the inside of the bag it even says sunday! It's now my new favorite bag!

The web shop itself told me about the period of the package arriving, so I understood that the it could arrived kinda late as it was a pre-order thing. But aside this issue of waiting, Im very satisfied with the product. So beautiful! thanks a lot hoyoo.. :D

Excuse me for the late review, the package had a delay ever since it entered the country and I was waiting until it arrived. I acknowledge that this was no fault of Honkai Shop and regarding the package itself, everything arrived well in order. I have bought merch in the past and I will definitely do so again in the future, thank you so much for the excellent service!

Super easy to place the order and even though it was a preorder it shipped promptly. My only criticism would be the packaging could have been a bit more stable. They arrived in a bubble mailer, basically, with the two standees wrapped together. Thankfully, the standees are thick, but as they are acrylic (and could snap), I think putting them in something more sturdy would be ideal. Mine arrived safely, luckily!
