Good people, fair prices and great service!

I've had Hope out a few times to my house and each and every time, they've done a thorough job fixing my old house. Had a drain clog in the basement that was cleared in a matter of minutes. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Always a pleasure to have Hope work on our house. It's definitely a more involved project this time (having to clear up our sewer line, demolishing our walkway, putting a new clean out in), but so far, so good. Only issue has been scheduling, a couple of miscommunications happened, but overall pretty happy (though the project isn't finished yet at this time)

My Delta faucet that broke has a life time warranty, Hope plumbing was aware of this and did not follow up on it.

Technician came out on short notice to replace a water heater part I'd received separately from Whirlpool. Knew everything about the part and the larger apparatus and explained. He even offered to explain the labor and leave it at a $70 diagnostic visit when I briefly thought I could do the replacement myself. (I couldn't) After part was put on, a separate issue popped up likely caused by WH not being used for several days. I was going to order another part and call him back when it arrived, but problem mysteriously solved itself a couple hours later. So instead, the tech returned the next day for free and made sure unit was, in fact, functioning.
