Paperwork Problems: I had problems with a document that needed to be signed... and Horizon Trust came through for me. I talked to 3 different people over a two day period. Each were cheerful and spot on in helping me get the paperwork in correctly. I've been with Horizon Trust for over a year, and the their excellent and cheerful service has been consistent.
