Positive experience and efficient call
I had a very positive experience with Mira. Within the same call, I was able to get answer to 3 questions I had, schedule an appointement with an Horizon Trust specialist and receive from Mira 2 forms to help me move forwards with my transactions. Very efficient call. Thank you

I just had a great customer service…
I just had a great customer service experience and wish it were like that every time I contact you, but it hasn't been. I have been a client for many years, and this is the first time I have left the call smiling. The lady who picked up the phone deserves a raise! Other than this experience, I would rate this company 2 stars and wish I could find someone at Horizon who would pick up the phone and speak with me. I just get emails and promises.

Meira
Meira, was helpful and answered all my questions. The phone line was static but we were both patient. We are in the process now…to be completed sooner than expected!

I spoke with Mira on the phone today in…
I spoke with Mira on the phone today in reference to my password and username being reset. After she verified my identity, she immediately took care of my problem. Mira was very professional and waited on the phone until I was actually logged into my account. Thank you Mira
