I have been working with this company for around 2 years now, nothing to complain about, recommended.

Terrible experience, slow server, a lot of down times, high Waiting (TTFB), a lot of Connection timed out, and I was pre paid for 3 yr and Host4Geeks can't guarantee the satisfaction of customers et no refund is possible.

I made a terrible mistake to switch to Host4Geeks and pre paid for 3yrs without testing before. Server was overloaded, slow connexion, a lot of error pages or timeout issue, high Load Averages on my server, useless technical support. All good reviews was fake don't make the same mistake.

I've used resellers for 15 years and this is the worst reseller I've ever encountered they are sneaky, adding costs and refusing refunds with the poorest service (taking several hours). Their inefficiency cost me 3 clients and I had to tot up costs to get backups of my sites to get off their platform. It is a shower, be VERY careful.

Not sure what their server performance is like (hence giving them 2 stars instead of 1) - but the support is non-existent some 72 hours after asking some questions. 24.7 support? Nope. Not even "next day" support. If pre-sales questions are too much of a chore to answer within 72 hours, I dread to guess how poor the effort is when they already have your money. Very Very Disappointing. Went with milesweb.co.uk in the end - £1 per month dearer but I had replies within about 2 minutes of asking them questions. For me, the extra £12 a year is worth it when you get help pretty much instantly. Seems to be a thing these days to advertise 24/7 service - but when you put them to the test - it's startling how many firms fall flat on their face right from the start.

The most humble and helpful folks out there. They always find the problem and fix it for you. The best part is that, the support team also educate you with enough information for you not to make the same mistakes again. Great Thanks folks. Kudos to your service and support.
