Server runs great sofar. Little slow on getting setup. but i understand there was some hardware issues. Ping is great. all in all good smooth running server after we got the sever full.

Super fast set up and great experience. The one question I had was answered very quickly. Player slots for minecraft servers are a little misleading though; my "20" slot server could only support 7 or 8 before the lag became crippling

Hi! First, thanks so much for your review! I did want to note that, if you're having ANY performance issues, we definitely want to work with you on that. Feel free to pop open a ticket any time if you haven't already. Worth mentioning is the simple fact that, like many hosting providers, the slot count we give you is a rough estimate. Minecraft 1.14 has increased resource usage (eg. CPU and RAM) significantly, which is causing a number of issues with hosts across the industry. The recently-released 1.14.3 version offers up a few improvements, and I honestly believe - given our testing with 1.14 - that your biggest issue with the 20 slot / 1GB RAM server may actually be the amount of RAM available to you in this case.
