I removed the previous bad review. After talking with One of the managers, Ms. Joy. She fixed my issues. Hostway really needs to provide proper customer service skills to their billing agents. They are extremely arrogant and have zero (0) respect for customers. The reason I increased to 3 stars is because of the manager's resolution of my problem.
