The server was easy to set up. There is a bit of a lag when using it, not sure if that comes from the platform or if that is just because I have the most basic system.

The service is fine, exactly what they publish on the tin. But if you have questions for support, sometimes the live reps are hit or miss. You'll go from having someone who understands English perfectly and can answer simple questions immediately, to getting some folks who don't seem to understand the correct terminology and instead of giving you straight answers they try to upsell you on crap you don't need. I wanted to ask about instance persistence and deletion. Somehow this conversation got into the realm of having to cancel my account and sign back up again! Eventually I got someone who understood the terms, and pointed out that the 'reinstall' options would accomplish everything I needed. Then I had a bug that I just needed to confirm as a localized issue and not sitewide. The first reps talked about everything from upselling my support contract to increasing the CPU and memory of my cloud machine... which would have been pointless. But as soon as there was a shift change, my actual question was answered in 2 minutes. So good service, great price, but watch out for support reps who just want to upsell you and have no idea what you're talking about. Get one of the good ones, get your question answered, and enjoy your experience.

Well, I had my precious service renewed and as well made a successful purchase of a new service. Most likely I feel better I had all that done. thanks.

I hosted my few sites in the past years in Hostwinds. The hosting speed and support is great too. I rate this but it could have been more improvement and also the price, I think I save the price. For unlimited sites, you can really save at least 50$ per year.

In fact, I really want to use the server here, but the ip is always blocked by China
