It was easy to register and a quick process.

Your website for making reservations was easy enough. I wanted to a hotel that was close to William Raines High School for the GCAC Track & Field.

Hotels4Teams was good but the hotel was a dump.

A little confusion on finding the reservation at first but they were very nice and were confident they would get it resolved, and did quickly.

There was some confusion with the volleyball tournament and our club coach at first, but once they got it all figured out we were able to book a room successfully. The hotel was very nice and within walking distance of the tournament venue. Overall it was a good experience.

Rooms were literally disappearing as I tried to book online, so I picked up the phone. The Customer Service Rep that worked with me was top-notch! He tracked down rooms that were disappearing and grabbed one for me after 3 tries together. I could tell he was rooting for me just as much as I was crossing my fingers to get a room in the hotel we wanted. Grateful for the service!

we stayed at Springhill Suites by Marriott Boston Devens Common for a soccer tournament very clean, great breakfast buffet, restaurant within walking distance
