Avoid this company at all costs! First of all, the companies located in Canada and not in the US so that should be your first warning! For me, we placed an order for three pillows and a new filter basket. When we order from the website, it showed two prices, the origin price and the “now”reduced price. The order total should have come to $233 but when we receive the final invoice, it had jumped up to $332! When I went in and reviewed the actual invoice they had sent me, they had marked up the price 10% over what the “original” price was! Tried calling them, and no answer or even an answering service! The phone just rings and rings. Sent them an email as well and haven’t heard back either and based on previous reviews on here, I don’t expect them to. I called my bank and asked them to stop payment. I wish I would’ve checked trust pilot before I placed the order! Lesson learned!

Ordered 4 pillows for my spa. Didn’t get delivered. I attempted to call 3x. Waited on live chat for an extended period of time. I wanted an update. No communication. For over 2 weeks. I finally get a text back from customer service. They asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I said yes. I wanted to know what happened. The product was not in stock and they were waiting for the manufacturer. Why didn’t it say that when I placed the order? Bad bad customer service. Will not order from there ever again. You would think that they would offer updates and an explanation, Nothing. Not even an apology.

Do not buy from this company!!!! Parts delivered were defective and they would not replace them without a 20% restocking fee. What?? The parts are defective. There is no restocking fee unless you plan on selling the defective parts to someone else. In the end, they stopped returning my calls/texts to get a return authorization code to return the defective parts. So, no replacement on defective parts. They keep my money while I get to keep the bad parts.

WARNING THIS COMPANY WONT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD! I purchased a heater for my spa from Hot Tub Spa Supplies which failed. I contacted them and was told on the phone to ship the part back to them and it would be replaced under warranty. I paid for the part to be removed and shipped and when they got the part they emailed me and said they "made a mistake" and the part was not under warranty because it had been a few months too long. As of this moment they are refusing to do anything for me besides apologize. An honest business would do what's right and honor their word. Not tell the customer to take a hike after the customer followed their instructions to the letter. Totally not fair and bad business.

Do me a favor. Grab a 20 sided dice, throw it high up in the air and if it lands on a 20, Congratulations! Your order will actually be shipping and without any delay! What's that? Didn't roll a nat 20? No worries! Grab a standard 6 sided dice and do the same and if it lands on a 3, Congratulations! Someone from the customer service team will email(because God forbid they actually answer their customer service line or return any of your voicemails) you back after a couple of days/weeks to hopefully find out why your item has been shipped! Didn't roll a 3? Not a problem! Take that quarter out of your pocket and give it a good flip. Heads you get a refund, tails you file a claim with your bank. These are the approximate probabilities you get when dealing with this company. Good luck to everyone on the gamble!

I have ordered parts from this site twice, each time I've waited and watched as weeks went buy as my order stayed in PROCESS and had to cancel the order. They've changed their web-site appearance twice to fly under the radar... Only consolation is that I did not have a problem getting my money back.

Don’t answer the phone slow to shop if they really did . DO NOT do business with this company. I’m probably out 900$ my luck . Place doesn’t return calls Update! So they Anser emails so far my parts have shipped and I have the info to reprogram
