The property is very nice and the owner’s have put a lot of thought into making the house comfortable and welcoming. The booking process was easy. We will definitely stay there again!

I liked that the fees were lower than other sites. I did not feel the site was user friendly.
Response from Houfy· Oct 1, 2026
Thanks for the feedback Cathy. Sorry the site didn't feel easy to use — if you can tell us where it got in your way, we'll get it to the team. That's the kind of detail that actually gets things changed.

This was my first time using Houfy and I was a bit nervous about it, but everything went smoothly and our rental was just like the description.
Response from Houfy· Sep 18, 2026
Thank you — that first-time nervousness is completely understandable, and it means a lot that we earned your trust. "Just like the description" is exactly what we want every guest to be able to say. So glad it went smoothly.

For the most part, the site worked extremely well. It’s easy to navigate and shows all the costs upfront. The only issue we had was related to making the final payment. The system just kept processing but never finishing. The host finally told us it had something to do with a rounding error causing a mismatch. It was eventually fixed and all was well.

Thanks Trish! Good to hear the site was easy to navigate. Sorry about the hold-up on the final payment - glad it got sorted in the end, and the rounding mismatch has been passed to the team to look at.
