The designer of the plan that I chose…
The designer of the plan that I chose was very professional and very willing to make minor changes that I requested in plans. He had a very quick turnaround with the changes and had my revised plans to me in 2 days! Very satisfied!

Great Experience
My consultant, Daniel Ferrigon, was very helpful and courteous during the process. He guided me through and made it extremely easy to purchase the plan I needed and even reminded me of a discount that was available. I will return.

Found our forever home ranch modern farmhouse on slab with 3 car garage.
Found our forever home ranch modern farmhouse on slab plan. We loved just about every expect of it. We’ve looked for months on many websites and hundreds of plans. Houseplans. Com had the exact plan we wanted. Prices are reasonable and it couldn’t be easier purchasing it. Thanks!

Great set of house plans
Great set of house plans. Arrived quickly. Needed a slight modification to the basement plans--they turned it around in days. Very happy. Will use them again on my next building project.
