The transfers were perfect which is the most important thing. However, the online account and ordering system was convoluted, incorrect and difficult to update. I actually didn't know what I would receive, if it was going to the correct address...etc. The system didn't show my order, my account was set up by a Howard rep and had incorrect billing and shipping addresses. We finally got the account specifics corrected and hopefully on future orders, the orders and invoices show up in the system. I look forward to doing more business in the future. My only wish is that you will eventually allow for "multi-colored" mega sheets plastisol transfers.

Disappointed!!! I have tried to apply these transfers with two different presses. Each time I have to press, I get totally different results. I have wasted so many shirts (and transfers) because it is hit or miss if they adhere adequately to the shirt. I called and requested to return them because of the quality. They sent shipping label and I boxed them back up. After having the product in house for 11 days, I sent an email because I had not heard anything back. They informed me that they tested the product and they all worked fine so they were returning them to me. So much for a guarantee! I switched to Howard Custom Transfers because they offered Glitter with a GUARANTEE! I will not purchase from them again and will switch back to my original vendor. I don't want to waste any more shirts "attempting" to use these transfers!

product was good. but I wish there was more secure payment method. not sure I will order again cause of the payment method. I have ordered twice from them and shortly after my credit card was charged with uber charges and valentine gift charges for over $400. so when get my fraud report back and it came from Illinois then I would say they have someone that works there that cant be trusted. hope not cause I like the product.

This is the first time using Howard transfers and I was very excited to try them since their prices were good. The turn around for the transfers were great. I went by their temperature and time , but ruined 2 tees , adjusting it to different temps, etc. the recommendations on the Howard transfers weren’t correct. I have a high end heat press and have used other transfer suppliers and have never ruined Any of my apparel. The other thing I’d like to see is a squared horizontal and vertical line on back for placement on apparel. After I took care of changing amount of time and temp shirts turned out nice.
