About The High Performance Health Program - By Andrew Marsham
I'm Andrew Marsham, the founder of High Performance Health. I started my own fitness journey in 2011. I weighed 120lbs and had a sagging belly. I was “skinny fat”. I made my own radical transformation and became obsessed with health, nutrition and longevity. I struggled for years on my own trying to figure things out. Making countless mistakes along the way, trying dangerous dieting strategies and wasting hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars running enthusiastically in the wrong direction. 4 years into my own fitness journey I hired a coach and made more progress in 4 months than I had in 4 years. That's when I realised the power of knowledge and wisdom. Professionally I started out as an engineer working for defence manufacturer BAE Systems in.After several promotions and a look at my corporate world future, I did not like what the future held. In 2018 I decided I was going to start my own fitness business. I spent nights and weekends gaining the necessary qualifications while working at BAE Systems. I built the business up over 2.5 years while working full time and then took a leap of faith in 2020 to go all in on my passion - Fitness Coaching. I founded The High Performance Health Program and have bootstrapped our company the whole way. Today our team has 19 full time employees - which includes 9 dedicated and highly qualified coaches with more than 190 years experience between us.We help executives get fitter, stronger & healthier using a science backed & data driven 1-1 online coaching program. We've helped 2,000+ clients since 2018. Our goal at High Performance Health is simple... Help busy executives get & stay healthy. The best form of cure is prevention. When heart disease, cancer, dementia or metabolic diseases take hold they shorten our lives and destroy our quality of life. We want to be at the front lines of preventing disease, minimising the risks of our clients getting them and even reversing them for those who may already have some health compl

This has been a life changer
This has been a life changer. I had stagnated at the same weight and come to resign myself. I’m 64 and I started this program to help maintain my mobility so I could play with my grandkids. But without noticing it has changed my activity patterns and my dietary habits. I’m down almost 30 lbs since starting a year ago. And no plans to stop here!!!

HPH is exactly what I was looking for…
HPH is exactly what I was looking for to improve my weight, strength and an overall healthy discipline. My coach provided a plan that made sense for my workouts and eating and through this I’ve lost over 10lbs in just over 60 days that I previously couldn’t lose. It gave me the accountability I needed to stick to a solid plan that works and will do so the rest of my life. I highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to take control of their health

How HPH and Kyle P. Got Me Away From The Yo-yo
I've struggled with my weight my whole adult life. Busy with my business, raising kids, tired way more often than I should be, never finding (really, never making) time to exercise. All excuses.
And truth be told, I'm a fat kid at heart, so I love to eat. All the bad stuff included. And bad habits beget bad habits. That's where I was earlier this year when I decided to commit to something new.
A bit of history... My weight ballooned and yoyo-ed over the last fifteen years or so. I hit my peak (292) back in 2012. Never felt that big, but clearly I was. I started a self-driven program of counting macros and cardio and over 18 months, lost 105 pounds. I was too skinny then, and began lifting a bit, bulking back up to around 200, and held there for a while. Then it crept back. 210. 220. 230. Back to 215. Back to 230. All the way up over 260, then down 40, then back over 250 earlier this year. I'd had enough of the yo-yo. I needed structure, accountability, education, and new habits. I needed to ensure my own health so I can be there for my young children as they continue to grow up. I needed actual health.
I found High Performance Health through a LinkedIn ad. I interviewed a couple of programs, and HPH was the best fit. I figured if I was going to put thousands of dollars into this instead of running the free "Mike" version again, I wasn't going to let that investment go to waste. That's a big part of why it's worked. But it's not the only reason.
A huge reason is my trainer, Kyle Patterson. He's funny, he's direct, and he's educated on both exercise and diet. My eating regimen is completely different now because of him, and it feels sustainable. We meet once weekly, but communicate often. He's prompt and responsive, even though he's on another continent. And what I appreciate most is that he coaches the actual person in front of him, not some ideal version of me.
A few examples. When it came to supplements, he sent me a list a mile long. I told him straight: I don't do this professionally the way you do, I'm not taking all of this, help me find the ones that matter. He didn't push back or upsell. He zeroed in liver function, with the logic that if the liver does well, the rest of the body follows. When I had a vacation coming up, he walked me through how to handle it instead of pretending vacations don't happen. And a couple weeks ago when my body was completely wiped out, he told me, "Take a couple days off. Listen to your body, see how you feel." A couple days later I was back at it. I appreciate that approach.
The tools are solid too. There's an email drip with exercise and nutrition info, supplement guidance, and other practical information. The app handles tracking and meal entry, and you can favorite meals for quick access. It also syncs with health tracking devices (I use the Oura 5). The workout schedule lives right in the app, and Kyle built a program specifically around the equipment I have at home, which is huge for me since I can't afford the time driving to and from a gym. You can see your previous workout while you're doing the current one, so you're not trying to remember what weight you used last time. There's also a meal generator for recipes and ideas.
The results so far: I'm down 31.2 pounds so far. I'm more flexible, I'm stronger, my clothes fit better, and I'm more confident. I still get exhausted (who doesn't?), but now I've got the motivation to exercise and eat right even when I'm run down. My energy is way up compared to a few months ago. It's impacted my family as well. My wife and are cooking and eating better together, and we exercise every day now too. I'm hoping to set a good example for my kids through these new habits too.
Who is this for? Busy professionals who've fought the weight yo-yo and don't have unlimited hours for the gym. Here's the thing: you have to show up as an active participant. I needed the structure and guidance, but I also pushed back on things like joining a gym and taking every supplement on the list. You have to be able to stand up for yourself. Diet and exercise are critical (obviously). But being committed where it counts and practical where you can be is the key. Communicate, don't just take orders. You also need to be able to invest some real money into it.
A couple of honest heads-ups. I paid an extra $750 for a DEXA scan and bloodwork, and the prepaid locations turned out to be 40 minutes away each. 2 round-trips at 40 minutes each way, for tests I could have done minutes from my house and probably cheaper by just paying out of pocket. If I could do it over, I'd find out what the tests are actually measuring and get them done privately, then share the results. To Kyle's credit, he went to bat for me to get that money back. And yes, the cost is real. But for me it motivated me rather than scared me off. Put the $ into it, treat it as an investment, and stick to it.

I've now been with Chris Young for…
I've now been with Chris Young for nearly 14 months and while I've always casually worked out at my own pace, getting with Chris has put me on a flexible schedule that has now become my routine. Chris has guided, encouraged and supported my journey all the way. I'm 69 years old and have dropped ~15 lbs but more importantly lost most of the belly fat and toned both my upper and lower body to the point where all my friends and family are commenting on my condition. Chris consistently reminds about logging my food intake and while I don't do it as often as he'd like, I know I've got more energy (175 grams of protein daily) and feel as good as I've felt in more than 20 years! Chris, thanks for helping to keep me on track and holding me accountable.

My experience with Steve Nesrallah and High Performance Health
Eight weeks ago, I joined High Performance Health because I didn't like the direction my health was heading. No one ever told me I was out of shape, but I wasn't happy with how my clothes were fitting or how I looked in pictures. I was going to the gym 3-5 times a week, but despite the effort, nothing seemed to be changing.
Since working with Steve Nesrallah, I've lost 17 pounds, going from 200 lbs to 183 lbs, and the difference has been incredible. My clothes fit better, I've leaned out, lost unnecessary body fat, and feel stronger than I have in years. Most importantly, I'm more confident in my daily life and at work.
What sets Steve apart is his ability to create accountability without making the process stressful. He has helped me clean up my nutrition and challenged me to do workouts that train my entire body, not just the exercises I'm comfortable with. The program is tailored, practical, and sustainable.
Steve checks in multiple times each week to keep me on track and make sure I have the support I need. Whether it's learning a new exercise, adjusting for a busy travel schedule, or navigating an unusual week, he's always available with advice and encouragement. Knowing someone is invested in your success makes a huge difference.
Perhaps the biggest value of the program is that Steve isn't just helping me lose weight, he's helping me build habits that will last long after the program ends. His ability to keep me disciplined, focused, and consistent has made the entire process manageable and enjoyable.
The investment has been absolutely worth it. I feel better, look better, have more confidence, and know I'm making choices today that will pay dividends for my health as I get older.
I can't say enough good things about Steve and High Performance Health. If you're considering the program, take the leap. If you're willing to commit to the process, the results will follow.
17 pounds down in 8 weeks and just getting started.

I'm wrapping up my 6th month with HPH…
I'm wrapping up my 6th month with HPH and can't say enough about my experience with them.
I have long thought that I knew a great deal about nutrition and exercise. But my time with HPH has been so invaluable to take the guesswork out of when and how to eat, hydrate, sleep and exercise. It's fact-based, approachable, easy to understand guidance provided by a friendly, knowledgable and supportive team.
Great experience all around.
