With this situation, I would have appreciated a discussion as to how the descrepancy was going to be handled prior to running a special payroll. I was not given a choice before the fact. It worked out in my situation but if this would have involved another employee it may have not gone as well. Next time, I would appreciate a phone call prior to the special payroll being run.

Hello, Saamia was very patient when explaining how to navigate thru a missed payout for payroll. She went slow and asked if I understood, she told me to take my time. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. She made it simple and I was able to quickly complete my task. She was awesome!
