Im being charged for a monthly subscription but when i log into my account it says i dont have any subscriptions.

my contacts never came and i reached out to customer service and nobody answered

So I have used Hubble for about 6 years. It seems that the quality has gone down over the past year to year and a half. I know it sounds weird but the lenses tear easier than before. Also, many of my packs come sealed with no fluid and a dried up contact. But, for the price they are delivered so I won’t complain that much.

Always a great experience with Hubble. I just wish they would use a different courier. The lady always pulls up blasting music and tosses my lenses from across the driveway.
