Hi Xavier, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I'm sorry to hear your refund has been delayed and you had such an unpleasant encounter with our support team. I’ve forwarded your complaint to our corporate customer experience team. We will do everything we can to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Please note that shipments typically move through the mail quite a bit slower than normal mail and since these are class II medical devices it takes longer to inspect them upon return; therefore, the entire process of getting your refund can take a decent amount of time.
