I love these contacts! They are much better than the monthly ones I had before.

I have had a subscription for 4 months and I am currently on my third day without contact lenses. I called to track my package and was told it is “in transit” but was not given a delivery date or tracking number. Considering I pay for shipping, it’s ridiculous that its taken over three days since I called when they ship you your trial almost instantly. Once you’re subscribed, you’re forgotten and treated like a bill. I was charged June 12 and it’s July 2nd and I haven’t gotten my prescription and I am unable to live my life normally. Very disappointed and I’m canceling tomorrow. Going to start buying from Costco for much better pricing and quality.

Hard to know if the contacts are right or inside out. Other than that good for the price

Contacts dry out very fast.

The contacts I received HURT my eyes, I tried to cancel and was told I couldn’t unless I called into customer services, who attempted to convince me to stay on after explaining I’d tried to cancel previously through a written request. Ridiculous.

Super convenient good quality

Some of the most uncomfortable contacts I've worn in my life .. and I've worn cheap circle cosplay lenses for full days at a time. They're sitting in a drawer for emergencies only.
