Loved it. Easy customer review, easy fixes, so easy to contact them, and the contacts themselves didn’t sting my eyes like previous ones. I’m only stopping because I got lasik eye surgery that corrected my vision. They let me cancel no problem, phone call was 5 minutes tops.

The service delivers on time each month but the contacts leave something to be desired. I never know each day if my Hubbles will stay in my eye. Some days, one contact will feel loose, irritate my eye, and fall out.

Great Price! Always arrives before I run out! Only down side is they don’t seem to last me throughout the whole day, they tend to dry out and start to irratate me eye after about 12 hours

This company had poor customer service and chose to use "trials" that could be "paused" but were difficult to stop, therefore charging me after I decided I didn't like the product. Very shady business.

I have asked SINCE LAST YEAR TO STOP THIS CONTRACT BY EMAIL AND RETURNING UP OPENED PACKAGES WITH CANCEL WRITTEN ON THE BOX BUT NOTHING HELPS CAN'T BE REACHED BY PHONE PLEASE DON'T SUBSCRIBE KIF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOU
