Contacts seemed to loose their prescription after a few hours, which I noticed as I was driving which is hardly ideal. Made my eyesight far worse but gradually, so I didn't notice till I was damn near blind. I tried to cancel but theres a ton of hoops you need to jump through; I thought I did them all but was still charged the next month! Worse still, I didn't even recieve any of their useless lenses to send back for a straightforward refund! The only way to contact these people beyond automated replies is through telephone calls, which is handy since I'm deaf. Absolutely flipping ideal. No leeway or consideration available which makes a nice change, I love to struggle. Cheers! Hubble seems to be a knockoff company that supplies substandard products and service. It might seem like the cheap easy option but there's just as good services available from genuine retailers in the same price range.

Great product. Refreshing. They don't dry out by the end of the day. Delivered promptly each month. So very very convenient. Recommendations to everyone I know.

Hubble provides a great quality lense. My only issue is that once in a while I’ll get a single lense capsule either without a lense or one that was packaged the wrong way. Other than that, I also love that it is affordable.

A week or so into wearing the contacts, I've not experienced any issues with the daily contacts. They're not quite as comfy and breathable (from my research, this is due to cheaper and older technology when producing the lenses) I was charged just today (March 6th) for a renewed subscription box, which coincidentally is the day I chose to cancel the subscription after the trial. Oops. $39 was already taken out of my account, but I needed more contacts anyway. I would have rather gone to an actual office for a new prescription with insurance coverage, but this was my fault for calling too late. People seem to have some issues with being overcharged with Hubble, so I confirmed that I won't be charged for another box and got a reference number for my cancellation. The customer service over the phone was honestly totally satisfactory, and as long as I'm not charged for another unsolicited box, I'd give them 4 stars.
