Very tricky to still your money.I deceived my free trial didn't like them .1day after 27£ debited from my account when I called them they seed its to late

I am enjoying the daily wear contacts. They have simplified my daily process and my eyes feel much better.

I live the quality for the price. I also love the convenience of them being shipped without me having to remember every month. The customer service was WONDERFUL when I set up my account and have had no issues in the year I have been using them

Exceptional poor customer service!!!! I have asked your company to stop sending contact because I could not see out of the contacts yet you continue to charge my account. Then I was told if I write return to sender on the box I would be reimbursed. Next you start charging my account again but don’t send contacts. Also your emails tell me I need to call only to hold and no one picks up. Not to mention I am still waiting to be reimbursed after complaining via email once a month for six months getting a different answer from each individual. I would NOT recommend anyone to use them if you do it’s at your own risk!!!

Like most people here I think I was duped by the £3 contact lens offer. I thought it would be a one off payment. Well less than 2 weeks later I was charged £27 for another box of lenses. When I went online to cancel the subscription I found that you can't even do it online, but you have to call a phone number. I would give this company 1 star but at least the phone call was very quick and the woman talking was very helpful in cancelling my subscription, but the fact that you have to call a number to cancel is ridiculous. The contact lenses themselves are awful. They're uncomfortable and give me blurry vision. Don't bother. You're just paying for the aesthetically pleasing boxes.

Scam - charged me for the order I didnt want to be processed. I got the free order and the contacts were really uncomfortable - really drying to my eyes. Dont order these.
