The best part of my experience that made me great is that I learned how to become flexible on helping clients with different concerns and problem. On my job it requires multi-tasking. While we're taking phone calls, there are some clients waiting for their calls to be answered. Most of the times we are queuing so, from there I learned how to manage time effectively by helping clients concern in a fast way to provide accurate information and solutions problems. All information that we provide is necessarily documented before the end of the call and we ensure that all tasks are completed.
