They charged my account even after I cancelled the subscription. Nobody ever tried to contact me back after I submitted a ticket for help. p.s. Well it is interesting that humanize.ai reacted, 11 days after my review here on trustpilot. They certainly did not do that when I contacted them personally. to "humanze.ai" - I did not use same username as here (and/or surname as you assume), for your services. Also I definitely did not mistake you for another service!
