I ordered white meat chicken, breast and wing, herb roasted with coleslaw and green beans. What I got was all dark meat chicken, mashed potatoes and corn. No roll and no utensils that were ordered. The correct order was on the ticket, but they put the wrong food in the bag. It came by DoorDash so I have no control over seeing what they were sending and I'm disabled and can't drive to get to the store. I will never, ever order Hy-Food hot food to go ever again. Absolutely unconscionable. This was the Hy-Vee in Gladstone, MO.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would! I visited the location at: 1700 Valley West Dr West Des Moines, Ia 50266 And the cashier was rude! First of all, he acted like he didn’t want to service me & then when I paid for the transaction I received money back. Tell me why he took my money & “thru it” up on the counter? And my change, “he dropped” it in my hand! This was my first time ever in this store & it will be my last time! I’m in a total different state & what I won’t do is allow the devil to get me out of character! Someone needs to let Mr. Eric on lane #5 @ approximately 3:26pm know that he is too old to be ignorant!

Fresh vegetables are not fresh and mostly way in the process of ruining. Also who is going to pay three dollars a pound for one tomato. All the potatoes individually or in bags are terribly small and you have to cut away most of it to get rid of bad spots. Don't get me started on the squash or other supposedly fresh vegetables. Not worth the money or time. What is going on?

The new that said "fire sale" are not the viral dumplings from tik Tok and YouTube I spent 40 dollars for 7 of them for my siblings and friend do disappointing what a waste of my money 1 star hyvee

I have eaten HyVee Spring Salad for 50+ years. It was better than hot apple pie. Back in the day it was made with large macaroni shells that were cooked to perfection. There were thin slices of radishes and cucumbers but a nice amount, small amount of carrots and celery with a very good mayo dressing. I moved to Colo and always ask visitors to bring me some. Fast forward to today, I moved back to Iowa and threw away $9.99 or 3 lb tube, it was horrible. The pasta was small shells not cooked, (if you cook pasta for 8 minutes this was cooked for 5), no radishes, 1 sliver of cucumber with only the green skin, carrot slivers for color, celery pieces and horrible dressing which was runny, sour and not a good mayo dressing at all. I’m not sure I will continue to shop at HyVee based on their destruction of a landmark product..
