Quality solar 100w panel.paired well with my all power 300

Bough a R1500 Lite on sale, along with buying solar panels from another company and the wiring... the R1500 Lite arrived in good time, but after unboxing it and turning it on instantly had a very bad electronic smell so i let it sit for an hour and smell went away, i then tried plugging it into AC to charge to 100% and nothing, no charging at all, looked up online and it said to use the battery and then recharge it so i planned on doing so. So i plug in a few usb lights into the usb sockets and they work fine, so i try the AC plugs, plugged just one simple bedside table light into it and nothing, then after 20 seconds... SPARKS! blue sparks flying out the right side of it, had to run it out side as was geniunly scared it was going to blow up inside the house! House smelt like burnt electrics for the whole night! packed it back up again and put it in the shed. contacted support right away, that was on monday and its now 3pm on wednesday and nothing even after follow up emails and emailing multiple support users. Im all for trying new or cheaper equipment from lower quality brands but i would not touch this crowd again, especially since thye havent contacted me within 48hrs after a brand new product had sparks flying out of it, im now left here with a not functional power unit and the solar panels have also arrived today and nothing to connect too!

I have not received anything yet. Don’t have any updates on my order.

Allpowers Solar Panels are Flimsy, Fragile and Useless. I bought several combo packs with 300 watt generator and 100 watt solar panel. All the solar panel connector wires pulled out of each panel and no longer works. I lost two this summer alone. One of the first panels couldn't withstand a strong gust of wind, blew over and pulled the wires out. I thought it was me, despite the fact that I was gentle when moving them, but MANY others have experienced the same thing. The panels never charged higher than 75 from the beginning. The generators however, are still working but I can't charge them by the sun anymore because the panels don't work. I charge them up by using the AC from my Jackery Generator 🤣. AVOID ALLPOWERS AT ALL COSTS.

Shocking customer service does not honour warranty as you cant get them to fix a faulty item very unhappy

J'ai commandé une station de charge AllPowers R600 NEUVE fin août, à réception la station ne fonctionne pas. Elle s'allume mais ne se recharge pas, elle n'alimente pas en prise en 220v. Elle charge péniblement un téléphone entre 3w et 8w. C'est ridicule: nous devrions être à 20w. L'application ne reconnait pas la station. Donc application inutile. Les avis sont globalement négatifs pour l'application. J'ai contacté AllPowers par mail. 4 jours pour répondre qu'ils ont besoin de savoir où le produit a été acheté. Je leur réponds en leur fournissant la facture, photos et vidéos de la panne. AUCUNE REPONSE. Après 1 semaine, je relance les 4 adresses mails que j'ai trouvé de AllPowers et là j'ai un retour qui m'indique que AllPowers ne prend pas en charge, qu'il faut contacter le revendeur Aliexpess. Je leur ai répondu que la loi française impose la prise en charge SAV par le fabricant la première année et la loi du consommateur pour la 2ème année de garantie est à traiter par le revendeur. A ce jour, aucun retour. Je doute d'avoir un retour. La station n'a jamais servi, elle est en panne au déballage et je n'ai aucune prise en charge. Allpowers n'est pas sérieux dans la gestion du SAV, je ne recommande clairement pas l'achat de ce produit.

Comprei no site oficial da allpowers uma estação de energia. Assim que chegou o aparelho verifiquei que não liga. Fiz de imediato a reclamação no e-mail deles e não tive resposta. Péssimo serviço de reclamação e atendimento. No site diz que é português só o número de telefone é da China. Não se consegue falar com ninguém. Para além disso no site não existe livro de reclamações. Horrível essa marca
