Does not charge from the car

My power bank stopped working on a weekend out went to charge it because thought it was out of power but smoke came out informed all powers no uk number only email to china so this were the problem started waiting for reply then they want a video then they want you to send it back and it’s 19kg so not easy when they send a new one it’s not the same one as your old one it’s half the price so I insisted on the solar panel to go with it yes I got it but will never deal with them again this took six weeks of nothing but emails back and forward

Ordine ricevuto solo parzialmente! Ordine effettuato l'11 giugno, ricevo la batteria il 21 nonostante sul sito c'è scritto 2-3 giorni. Manca il pannello solare. Sto provando da più di una settimana a mettermi in contatto con loro, mi hanno risposto a una mail dicendo che l'ordine risulta consegnato. Non c'è modo di parlare con loro. Farò il reso e non acquisterò mai più da loro! Pessimi!!!

S300 v2 gekauft. 2.5 Jahre alt. Geht nicht mehr an. 3 Jahre Garantie. Keine Antwort vom Support. Finger weg!Habe noch eine s2000. Mal schauen, wie lange die hält und wer zahlt, sollte mein Wohnmobil nicht mehr sein wegen Defekt!
