Don't find the backup. When i try to take it from google drive, i do the access and then appear a pop-up that tell me that there is an error in the application and it must be close even if i see my backup behind that pop-up.

I had to buy this app twice because it did not work the first time. After a lot of problems i finally got my whatsapp transferred from android to iphone, and now i have un-active chats with the old text messages and have to start new chats with everyone. Also messages don't always come in.

Used this to transfer whatsapp history from android to ios It transferred the history but didn't merge contacts, so all i see is a list of phone numbers with chat history and no option to message them and a list of names with no chat history that i can message. I wasn't planning on purchasing a subscription just to spend hours on trying to make it work. Also for a service that a person would use only one time, there are no options for this. You can only purchase a monthly renewing subscription. I see this just a dirty business practice.

It just doesn't work properly. I tried backing up and restoring my data multiple times. I also contacted their support team, and to their credit, they responded and tried to help every time. However, despite all the troubleshooting, I was never able to transfer my data from my Android device to my iPhone. In the end, they admitted they couldn't resolve the issue and offered me a lifetime license instead. Unfortunately, I was never able to complete the transfer, so the software was useless for my migration.

If you are looking for a robust solution for iPhone data management, I highly recommend iCareFone. It has simplified my workflow by allowing me to transfer and back up my files between my iPhone and PC with zero friction. Beyond the software's performance, I was thoroughly impressed by their customer support; the team is exceptionally friendly and provides quick, helpful solutions to any issues. It is a must-have utility for any iPhone owner.

Icarefone is a very good and user friendly software. I use this to backup my phone to my computer. The staff at Tenorshare are very helpful.

Great, easy to use software. I bought it mainly to get my 14,000 pictures off my iPhone and onto my PC so they can be backed up to an off-line hard drive. This software worked perfectly and was reasonably fast. I also experienced an issue with the software after my PC crashed. As with most, the AI robot wasn't much help, customer service on the other hand was great. Got back to me in an acceptable amount of time and solved my problem without jumping through too many hoops. If you're looking for a means to backup your iPhone & your pictures ICareFone is an excellent choice and did for me exactly what I was looking to do, betting it will do the same for you, give it a try.

I have been using this application for some time and have been very satisfied with both the software itself and the customer support team. The application is user-friendly, reliable, and works exactly as expected. Whenever I needed assistance, the customer service team responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine willingness to help. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made sure my issue was fully resolved. It is refreshing to see a company that not only provides a high-quality product but also stands behind it with outstanding customer support. I highly recommend this application to anyone looking for a dependable solution backed by a responsive and caring team.
