Easy to install, water tastes great.
The ICEPURE filter kit arrived quickly and was easy to install, with clear instructions. It was worth it to watch the video to be confidant. The water tastes great.

I was sent a machine that doesn’t work…
I was sent a machine that doesn’t work and no one will respond to me. I am not the only one either. This seems like their business model. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t gotten and answer on what to do or how they are going to fix it!

Really Loud.
Over all its great for what it does but it is REALLY loud when dispersing the ice inside.I think that's the only improvement it needs.
