Ralph Wallace came in on day 2 to complete our training and was knowledgeable, personable, highly-experience in the subject matter. The resources are well crafted and the instructor adding nuance worked well. He was also a question asker so we spent time relating the framework to our knowledge base or current position. Sample tests being provided after the course would be a great value add-on. I recommend this Associate course for those who are newer to Project Management and if you get Ralph, you'll experience, experience!
