The website was easy to use and very aesthetically pleasing. I bought this chair for my husbands home office and I am feeling very at peace with the delivery process and I just know he'll love it!

Good checkout experience
Good checkout experience. Should have notified there was a charge to sms tracking. If there was a notice on the charge, it was hidden.

Good online set up
Good online set up. At checkout it was not explicit that if you check tracking option for the shipment, they will charge extra $19. The shipment itself was also $19 - coincidence?
