A lot of bugs and a lack of response from Support. V1 has errors that won't be worked on anymore, and V2 cannot go pass the selfie step. They have now a beta version but it doesn't work for all sessions still. Not worth it if you have high volume of transactions.

I must vouch for ID analyzer team for providing such great products without all the hassels, my experience has been almost perfect with their 24/7 support, stable API servers, wide range of document support. Functionality looks very promising, however, documentation is abit confusing, wish there were more example source code.

Used ID Analyzer for one of my client's project, sometimes the API is too strict on validation and treated certain valid IDs as invalid, contacted support and they were able to fix it.
