IDEA offers quality online courses through ACE. The exercise research journal is informative and of excellent quality. Information on conferences and CEC's is always timely, giving ample notice for planning and arranging itinerary. Responses to any querries are always quick and helpful.

Easy to navigate

As a 20-year fitness industry member this is my go-to source for articles and information, and many certifications. The breadth and depth of good content I can access from IDEA helps my personal training career. I know of no other solid organization that I feel advocates for members of the fitness industry as they do.

I have been a member of IDEA since 1988 and have never been disappointed. It is truly a professional representation of the fitness industry. I trust their publications and look forward to their events. I feel fortunate to have been involved with this organization for so many years. Keep up the good work!
