I started my membership back in 1991, 27 wonderful and educational years. This organization is by far the most professional one in the world. I have attended many of their excellent seminar's and conferences! Presenters are all excellent. I know if you join this organization you will remain a member for life, hooah! I don't get very many likes and comments from them.

Ideafit has been so helpful with learning new exercises and the mechanics behind the scenes. This is my second year with them and I will continue in the future.

I have been a certified personal trainer for a couple of years now. At the beginning I was confused and at a loss of where to proceed with this new career. When I came upon IDEA Heath and Fitness I received invaluable information and guidance to help me explore several options for specializing my focus. I have used there resources and attended several conventions they have offered. It has been a tremendous help in moving me forward with greater confidence.

Being an ACE-certified personal trainer, I get so much value from my IDEA membership. The education events have so much to choose from, the magazine is great and chock full of info, the social media posting program (sorry, I can't remember what it's called!) has helped fill in my gaps... really, totally worth it.
