On the 26th August 2026, I purchased a lifetime membership. I immediately ran into problems and decided that this product was not suitable for me. I immediately submitted a ticket requesting a refund, but I did not receive a response. On the 6th September 2026 I submitted a second ticket, but again no response. So I emailed them on the 11 September 2026 but received the following undelivered response: This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently: * email address Reason: There was an error while attempting to deliver your message: Subject: "Fwd: Refund Request" To: "email address". Sending MTA sxplwbeout04-02.prod.sxb1.secureserver.net received this response from the destination host IP "34.149.254.5": "550 5.7.1 Relaying denied\r\n". I honestly don't know if this company is still trading but they should not be taking membership money from people then ignoring refund requests!
