This is a tough review, because the work was good. I had the screen replaced on my tablet. The repair person put me off because it is a hard screen to get. I waited the week, which turned into 10 days. I had to call back to find out what was going on. They didn’t keep the appointment and never called, so I called snd the repair man was apologetic. We rescheduled snd it happened again. He ended up coming at 9pm that night after I called. So they get a 3. They were polite and did good work, but the repair appointments were very disorganized.

I love this service! It made fixing my broke. iPad so easy and cheaper than Apple. Highly recommend to any who are in a similar situation!

They were very responsive to my questions and had in stock the battery for my old iPhone. Other places either didn't have it in stock and/or would need to order it. They said it would take about 20 mins to change the battery and the phone was ready when I went to pick it up 20 mins later. There were a lot of open parking spots near the store.
