Please don't ever order from igourmet.com. They have the absolute worst customer service. I can't get information on my order and every time I try to contact them, they say they'll send me an e-mail but they don't. Try to chat with them and they never get on the chat. Try to call them and they say leave your e-mail and we'll get back to you. I'm about to cancel my order and get in touch with the BBB.

Bought as a gift and embarrassed. Ordered a cheese and sausage subscription for a friend for $99 and he received clotted Creme, lemon curd and biscuits. Soooo then this is a high tea package...and what a rip off. I could have bought the mediocre items at world market for $10. Make a basket and give it to a friend this is a waste of money. Oh and no one answers the phone u wait on hold and then directs you to website.

Update: my gift was finally delivered on Dec. 24. It had been in the box for 8 days. This is a long time considering the company required me to pay $39.99 for overnight delivery since the contents were perishable. Gift arrived after recipients had gone out of town. iGourmet did refund my money but I will not be ordering from this company again. I placed my order in November, 2020 for delivery 12/15/2020. I called on 12/13 to confirm and was told to call back on 12/15 if I hadn't received a shipping notification. I received the shipping notification and thought everything was ok until it did not arrive the next day (I had paid high shipping fees for next day delivery). I chatted online with Patrick who stated that my box was ready to ship but had unfortunately not made the previous day's shipment but would ship out that day (which it didn't!). Every time I checked FedEx's tracking, it stated that they had not received my package from iGourmet. The recipient was going to be traveling out of town so time was of the essence. When it came down to Friday the 18th (the last day they would be there to receive), I spent the entire day trying to get through via both chat and phone but could not get through to iGourmet due to large volume of calls (according to their recording) and it would not even allow me to hold (I would have held all day). Chat would just keep saying nobody was available and I hadn't received a response to my email sent the previous day. No way to get ahold of anyone at this company!! I don't know how this story ends yet but I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered! Very very disappointed!!

I placed an order on December 7, 2020 for delivery 12/18/2020. I received an order confirmation, but no shipping confirmation. On December 17th I called to get a tracking number. My order had not shipped. After some heated conversation, I agreed to pay an additional $15.00 for next day delivery, which I was assured I would receive. Still no tracking number...After using a 3rd party tracking company, I found out that the only shipped on 12/18 and wouldn’t be delivered until the 21st, when there will be no one to receive it, which is why I ordered it for 18th delivery and agreed to pay the additional money. Bad service is one thing; lying is another.

I wish I had read the reviews on trustpilot, prior to ordering from igourmet. After spending over 2k for product in addition to expedited shipping fees, for a delivery that was expected to arrive on time for a virtual Christmas party, the outcome has been disastrous. After over a dozen email requests and messages left on the customer service phone line, I have yet to receive a response. After ordering a week in advance and paying for the next day delivery shipping method, only half of the orders were delivered, a day AFTER the "virtual Christmas gathering" while the other half were not delivered at all. There is no excuse for such subpar customer service. Times are tough and to spend as much money for this product made me feel guilty. Yet to receive half of the product a day after our event and not receive the other half, while I'm having to beg for a status update is unconscionable. I would not under any circumstances recommend igourmet.

I cannot even speak to the quality of the goods. My complaint is that the customer service is non-responsive. I have emailed and requested my email address to be removed from the mailing lists. I receive 1-2 emails DAILY and the Unsubscribe link and capability does not work (try it and let me know if you had any better luck). The customer service folks returned contact 3 separate times that they have removed my email address, yet still it continues. Daily. Most annoyingly.

Unfortunately, I wish I had read the review below before I ordered 3 british luxury trunk for over $300 per trunk to be delivered on November 23rd. I placed this order in October for biggest client's top 3 executives. On Nov 23rd, rather than being delivered I received notification that one was set to be delivered. I called company and they had only one set to be sent but assured me it would be sent priority overnight. It was sent standard overnight. One sent to Utah was received Wed afternoon. Another was delivered on Wed at 1.20pm (closed for Thanksgiving) and the third was not delivered at all. Customer service never returned my calls or emails. We will never use this company again.

I’m not going into specifics, but these people stand behind their service and are honorable business people in my eyes.
