They returned my samsung ear buds which I left at my hotel room in Pittsburgh. My only issue is that it was a bit pricey for a USPS shipment. Overall was happy with the experience though.

Fast return service. Very easy to get missing item back.

They stayed in touch with me about the process. It seemed like a reasonable fee to return my missing iPad from the hotel. It arrived safely to my house about 9 days after I reported it missing.

Great business for that unexpected forgetfulness. However, it would be nice if it wasn't sooooo expensive. I understand the amount of work that goes into retrieving and mailing the items but it was quite expensive for the item I needed returned. Again, thank you for this service, maybe offer coupons for first time users! 👍🏻

I left my iPad at a hotel near Pittsburgh after traveling back from Green Bay. I called the hotel and was advised that ileftmystuff would help facilitate the return. I saw these negative reviews and got scared. I just received my iPad in the mail on Friday after I left it on Monday. It was more expensive to ship it than normal but not by much for me. I had to pay $27.50 for shipping but they also offered next day shipping however it was near $80. Overall I couldn’t have been more pleased since I thought my item was good as gone and would have to erase it to protect my information. Fantastic work I hope to never have to use this again but only because I don’t want to leave anymore items behind.

Here is what I wrote to Jen, from Customer Services, who maintained an active presence on my account from beginning to end: My package arrived yesterday afternoon, so it’s all good now. Thanks very much for your ongoing support; I really appreciate the personal touch that you’ve given to my situation. That’s not typical of delivery services—they’re efficient and reliable for the most part, but often lack the personal element that you so capably provide and that I value very much.

It's a way for hotels to partner with this site to run an extortion racket. Staybridge Suites has already taken far more time to explain to me that I'm a victim of extortion than it would take to write "Return to Sender" on the package and send it out with all the other mail--which is what I've asked them to do. They have refused. I believe this is actually illegal, and will look into it further.
