While I love the product and the website construction and editing, the service is terrible. I host my site on Bluehost and they are very good about troubleshooting issues caused by IMCreator uploads to their servers. We end up resolving the issue, but requests for help on IMCreator's side goes unanswered.

I like how easy it is to build a good looking site even for me who is not graphic designer of any kind, and I love the fact that they offer free sites for artists and students. But the customer support is non existent sad to say which makes it completely unuseful to me since I'm having trouble publishing the site and can't get help with it.

Not a good experience so far... the customer support is basically non existant. Been trying to get in contact with them, still no response. The website builder is easy to use and has ok themes but its slower than a snail, sometimes the changes dont save correctly so i have to do the work allover again. The positive so far is that the payment plan is cheap. Anyway been trying to publish my webiste but payment process keeps getting declined

I cancelled my account with them over 3 years ago (and have the receipt) and now they are sending me a notice that i need to pay for 2 years to keep my website that has been nonexistent all this time. True, the letter says they will cancel my account if I dont pay within 7 days...but this sure feels like a scam to me.

I'm sorry to write but I have no patience with this site builder. Last year I run a website with you that works incorrectly. I can't save changes securely and it updates badly. Each saving is not memorized action steps and long remembers the old settings. In addition, it is very difficult to change the background color. I do not recommend.

I am customer of the old model IM Creator (a easy website building tool), so can't speak of their new product. Making a site in IMCreator was perhaps not too hard. But I now find out some pages (which we considered as drafts) were published and indexed by Google and there is no easy way to make them invisible for Google. I have deleted these pages but they still show up in search results and are clickable. Support is not answering yet how to get this straight. Another bad sign is that the support section on their own website is no longer reachable (they had a contract with a company called Zendesk, so it seems, and most pages go to Zen and are useless links). I had to look carefully to come to a new support page that works. And even then, it doesn't seem to be updated for some time. No good feeling for me. If I had to select again, I wouldn't.

The product is great except when it comes to finally getting ready to publish website & pay for it. The service is awful, simply awful and slow. I've been waiting to get on with my webiste all week but can't even get someone to help me but the damn service because when I click where I need to click, as advised, it still doesn't work.
