What I noticed is that they tried to make another transaction with my card - obviously they will save your card number and try to make as many transactions as they can - before getting caught.

Initally I was unsure about paying an online company but my phone was unlocked before the 10 day limit and was really easy to set up. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Very slow to respond. No customer service or way to contact on website. Facebook message won’t respond. Put in the wrong IMEI and it took 4 days just to get that changed in my order. Then finally when it was updated the phone was unlocked. For the 12-32 he time frame they passed that by a mile. You get what you pay for. Works but takes forever and horrible customer service. Covid is no excuse this is a service based on calling and working from home. Don’t blame it on covid blame it on your business model that has lots of room for improvement!
