For more than a year I have been choosing a relocation program and a contractor to prepare documents for type d visa and a residence permit. During all the time I was observing the company, watching their reviews on YouTube and corresponding with managers, I was finally convinced of the reliability and high level of customer service. I had two detailed consultation with Ilya and one with Polina on different programs and countries. I received detailed information, including possible risks and answers to all my questions. I had a consultation regarding obtaining a type D visa for Germany and initially planned to purchase a full support and document preparation package. However, by the time the contract was to be signed, the previously stated price was increased several times, which seemed highly unprofessional to me, so I turned to another company. While communicating with my consultant at the other firm, I realized that IMIGRATA had provided me with a lot of incorrect information during the consultation. In the end, I successfully obtained my visa and am now in Germany, largely thanks to turning to professionals rather than this company.

Hello Liudmila! Let me recap what happened, since you're writing this feedback almost 7 months after you came to us. You consulted with our Germany expert on June 6, 2024 and were informed, that the visa you were interested in — the German Chancenkarte — was just launched and had no clear requirements yet. German Consulates were not even taking applications for it, as they were finalizing the rules. We also informed you that as soon as it would be launched, we will take only a few test clients at cost — just 500 euros, since this was a new visa product for us as well. By June 11th we had enough clients committed, the Consulate began to process this visa, and we ended our promotional offer. When you returned on June 13th, we had informed you that the promo offer was over and actualized the rate for you. You responded to us on that same day that you don't need this service any more. It's unfortunate that you came back to leave us a negative feedback without actually using our services. Best regards, IMIGRATA
