We had two. And XL and a L. Con #1 - Extremely expensive vs. alternatives. Con #2 - Company refuses to support military and ship to APO or FPO. We had a bent rail that had to be shipped to my sister in the US first and then she had to ship it to us. Con #3 - Not all airlines accept these. Alaska Airlines for example will not accept any collapsible crate. We learned this in Georgia after flying overseas. Had to get a cab, go to the pet store and buy "traditional" carriers. We resold these for about $400 each and are glad they are gone.

Horrible experience. Ordered crate has not arrived for multiple weeks impossible to get support all email and support requests have been unanswered. Status page keeps saying that they are "We were unable to handle your request. Please try again" when using their order status feature. Have no idea if I was just robbed or not.

Day 2 and she has already broken the tip of her K9 in one of the small holes on the High Anxiety Crate. I wish there was a way to post pictures and videos to show proof.

I ordered a crate directly from Impact Crates. The payment processed immediately, but the product never arrived. What followed was not a delay, not a misunderstanding, but a total collapse of basic business responsibility. I contacted Impact multiple times through every available channel. They did not respond. I escalated the issue to PayPal — a formal dispute process that reputable companies take seriously. Impact did not respond to PayPal either. At that point, the issue stopped being about a missing crate. It became a clear indication of how Impact operates when something goes wrong: No acknowledgment No communication No accountability No engagement even with the payment platform handling the dispute This level of non‑response is not normal, and it is not acceptable for any business, let alone one selling high‑priced “premium” products. Customers should not have to chase a company for weeks, nor involve a third‑party dispute process, just to receive basic communication. Impact’s silence — toward both the customer and PayPal — raises serious concerns about their reliability and internal processes. If you are considering purchasing an Impact crate, I strongly recommend doing so through a reputable third‑party retailer with proven customer support. Based on my experience, buying directly from Impact exposes you to unnecessary risk and a complete lack of accountability if anything goes wrong.

2 seperate crates 2 seperate dogs. 2 entire foot pads caught in the "holes" of these crates that are completely UNSAFE. Had no one been home this could have had a horrible outcome. It took approx 30 minutes to release the foot pad from the crate on 3 occasions. These crates should be taken off the market as they are a danger to dogs. Period. When notified last year of the 1st incident they were "sorry" I'm sorry too. Sorry their product is dangerous and now that it has happened again in fairness to the safety of other dogs Im no longer going to be quiet about it. People need to understand the risks of these crates.

Absolutely shocking service, crates are really cheaply made but being ridiculous amounts for them, customer service is non existent once they've got your money, avoid

Order placed 2/12/26 for collapsible model, which is supposed to be ok for nearly all dogs except those with very high anxiety. I also paid $23 for free returns. Item arrived 12 days later. I followed the setup videos. My dog busted out of it within 3 days. I sent photos. The first response didn’t even address my complaint. When I pointed out that their response did not solve anything, they offered to switch me to the high anxiety non collapsible style crate. I don’t want that, I want a replacement for the defective one. Why in the world would I want a huge bulky crate when I clearly ordered from them in order to get a PORTABLE CRATE. Who can realistically fit a 40+ inch crate while traveling? Company will not honor free return. They put the return shipping charge onus on me despite the fact that I paid for free returns. Response time is slow and often requires multiple follow ups. Will not respond to me asking for a return label and a replacement of my original. Riley is the name of the “customer service” agent who continues to tell me that my item is not in returnable condition and not returnable (hello? It’s a defective crate) I wish I had gone with a different company or at least looked at their trust pilot reviews. Of course Impact Crates boasts their own 5 star reviews but it is a far cry from 3rd party review sites and true customer experiences.
