It's a good product to use

i don't like that you cut the liscense off about a month before teh liscense expires making the customer buy a ne wone when teh current should still be active. i love the program but the peopel need to let the keys go full length and not cut off short.

opening files faster.

Bought the product extractor pro mainly for the reason of using xmf file convertor and to find out it doesn't work and I got scammed! When I try and use it it says ''you license has expired you need to buy a new one''. When you try and email their support it doesn't work and it says this '' Address not found Your message wasn't delivered to [redacted] because the domain imvuska.com couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again.'' I also tried to message them on facebook and they never responded.

Being able to access all my old blocked account items to reupload em and also helps a lot with un-derivable items.
