What really stands out about Inboxlogy is their customer support. They provide you with a dedicated whatsapp channel and any enquiry is just a message away. They respond quickly including weekends, and resolve issues for me. It'd be 5 if not for the sporadic disconnect on some of my accounts, which the issue is out of their hands.

Overall the experience has been quite good. I started using them pretty early on in 2025, when the app needed a lot of work, but the process was mostly smooth. Now the application is much more functional. Probably the thing that stands out most is the customer support. The support team has been super responsive and helpful. All testing I've done for set up, security, and deliverability has either come out strong or has been quickly fixed.
