Ordered a projector during a 15% off promo. A few days later the order was cancelled by them, but no refund was issued. Wrote them three times, no response. Called their number which now appears disconnected. Had to get my CC company involved.

I bought a BenQ AH700ST a few months ago and everything shipped quick and worked just fine. However, I asked to do an upgrade to the AK700ST and they promptly sent me an upcharge invoice for the difference. After paying for upgrade, a week goes by and status showed 'not shipped'. A few days later I received an email saying the order was cancelled (by customer); no email explaining why or phone call. Tried to call, but phone number said its not active and emails appear to go into a virtual shredder. Thankfully they did refund the upcharge, but I'm done doing business with these folks. Buyer beware.

I ordered the BenQ AK700ST because it was the best price around. After a week of my order sitting on a pending status I email to ask about its availability. I was ignored and never got a response. When I email again with the same questions my order was canceled on me. Again with no response. I emailed a third time to ask what happened and still got nothing. Ghosted by customer support. I then tried to call the phone number listed and it says it’s not in service. Still haven’t got my money back on my card and will be disputing that charge. Absolutely terrible and I’ll never try to order from here again nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

They must be going out of business or something. Placed an order. Waited a week. Got a notification of the order being cancelled without any context. Tried emailing, calling, livechat, instagram message and no response at all. Don't waste your time and just buy elsewhere.

Very disappointed with this experience. I placed an order and waited three days without receiving any shipping information or updates. Customer service was unresponsive and provided no clear answers when I followed up. Out of nowhere, my order was canceled without any prior notice, explanation, or even a confirmation email. This lack of communication is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.
