Good afternoon Trenton, We apologize for the delay in receiving your order. Upon reviewing the shipping information provided at the time of purchase, we found that the address was incomplete—only your name, city, state, and ZIP code were included. Because of this, your order has been placed on hold. We attempted to contact you by phone using the number provided, and we also sent an email requesting confirmation of your full shipping address. To move forward, please provide us with your complete shipping address so we can ship your items. If you prefer, we can issue a full refund instead. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Customer Support Team
