I ordered over $100 worth of ink cartridges (2 sets) last November from the Ink Jets Club for my HP6978 printer. They don't work. I changed the software as instructed and had no result. I reset the printer- no result. Don't buy anything from them. It's garbage and a rip off.

Not one cartridge worked in my printer. I went on chat, I was told I would be sent an email so that I start the return process and get a refund. They never sent it. In my opinion inkjets.com sucks I will never use them again. Cheap ink has always been an issue I dont know why I tried it again. I should have looked at reviews first and I would have known to to use them.

They do not do exchanges. If you need to return a toner, you pay the shipping. When you are competing with bigger companies that do free returns, you should at least pay the shipping. I would have purchased the correct toner from them, but not now. I will not buy from a company that does nothing to satisfy their customers.

I ordered Dec 30th. Order was still pending on Dec 4th. I had to email customer service.Order then was shipped Jan 5th. Received this evening at 7:58pm on Dec.12th via Fed ex. Received a yellow cartridge instead of the black one I ordered, I double checked my order to make sure I ordered a black cartridge.I waited 2 weeks for the wrong color! I will not use them again. I will go into a store from now on. Do not trust inkjets.com to get it right.I am so mad right now. If I am going to wait 2 weeks for ink, they should at least get it right!

The refills do not work at all. I tried everything and multiple times. I tried to contact them and they did not respond. Avoid this company like the plague.

My inkjets were incredibly cheap, like 80% off the typical Canon prices, and arrived fine.

Ordered ink before Christmas and really needed the ink. I was sent two different emails that my ink would be delivered on that day but here I wait. Should have ordered from the site where I usually get my ink from. It's like my order just disappeared into the thin air. Never ordering from this site again. If I ever get the ink they probably won't work. Don't buy from them
